Who are MOTION WAVE ?
They are four experienced musicians with very diverse references (blues, metal, punk, electro) around a common project: to make rock in 2022 without denying the heritage of hard rock and grunge... A great program.
MOTION WAVE refers to the waves emitted by the radars and whose undulation evokes the sound power of their music cut for the stadiums.
FATHER & CHILD is their first EP, and deals with fatherhood (Download), death (Redemption), unbridled capitalism (Failing System), love stories (Empty Bottle) and buddy trips (Chief of the Family).
Influenced by the vibe of bands like Black Sabbath, Queens Of The Stone Age, Deftones or heT Cult, MOTION WAVE wants to go back to the basics of rock with efficient and melodic compositions.
I can't advise you enough to slip an ear on their first EP... It's clean, it's precise, it's rock, and that's all.

Qui sont MOTION WAVE ?
Ce sont quatre musiciens expérimentés avec des références très diverses (blues, metal, punk, electro) autour d’un projet commun : faire du rock en 2022 sans renier l’héritage du hard rock et du grunge... Un beau programme.
MOTION WAVE fait référence aux ondes émises par les radars et dont l’ondulation évoque la puissance sonore de leur musique taillée pour les stades.
FATHER & CHILD est leur premier EP, et traite de la paternité (Download), de la mort (Redemption), du capitalisme sauvage (Failing System), des histoires d’amour (Empty Bottle) et des virées entre potes (Chief of the Family).
Influencés par la vibe de groupes tels Black Sabbath, Queens Of The Stone Age, Deftones ou encore heT Cult , MOTION WAVE veut revenir aux fondamentaux du rock avec des compositions efficaces et mélodiques.
Je ne saurais trop vous conseiller de glisser une oreille sur leur premier EP... C'est propre, c'est net, c'est du Rock, un point c'est tout.
