It's an excellent Death Metal album, with that extra little touch.
Indeed, some tracks are more similar to Thrash Metal. This is not to my displeasure because it gives this album an original and penetrating musicality, while remaining brutal. The voice is grave and powerful, the sound is furious and aggressive, with however a certain nuance proper to Bottlekopf. The tracks of 3, 4 minutes or more, allow the album to lay the foundations and to take you into their universe.
 
At the end of the album, which lasts about 46 minutes, you will come out in pieces. You will not come out unscathed.
 
About:
BOTTLEKOPF is a Death Metal band from Katowice, Poland, which was formed in 2010. 'The Jokes Are Over' is the band's second full-length album to date, following up their 2014 debut 'Absolutely Nothing'.

L'album "The Jokes Are Over" est sorti le le 22 février 2022 via Wydawnictwo Muzyczne Psycho.
 
C'est un excellent album de Death Metal, avec ce quelque chose en plus.
En effet, certains titres se rapprochent plus du Thrash Metal. Cela n'est pas pour me déplaire car cela apporte à cet album une musicalité originale et pénétrante, tout en restant brutale. La voix est grave et puissante, le son est furieux et agressif, avec toutefois une certaine nuance propre à Bottlekopf. Les titres de 3, 4 minutes voir plus, permettent à l'album de poser les bases et de vous emmener dans leur univers.
Au bout de l'album, qui dure environ 46 minutes, vous en ressortirez en pièces détachées. Vous n'en ressortirez pas indemne.
