Mindless Hope - Void
The US progressive metal group Mindless Hope has released a new album called "Mental Truancy" on CD via Sliptrick Records on January 17th, 2023. The band is made up of five unique personalities who bring their diverse influences to each song.
They describe their sound as soaring, multi-part harmonies combined with a driving progressive metal sound. The band believes that the main message of the album is that everyone goes through difficult times and experiences emotions differently. They want the album to encourage empathy and understanding towards others' individual experiences.
The album was recorded, engineered, mixed, produced, edited and mastered by Matt Grosse and co-produced by Mark David and Travis Ebner. The artwork is by Brittany Sutherland AKA OpalAcorn.
