Witch Ripper, a Heavy Rock Band from Seattle, has released a new album called "The Flight after the Fall." The band's guitarist and vocalist, Curtis Parker, says that the first track on the album, "Enter the Loop," is meant to make a statement about the band's ability to play heavy riffs and pummeling drums, but also to execute big dramatic musical passages inspired by bands like Queen and David Bowie. The album has themes of love, failure, loss, and acceptance, and musically combines elements of aggression, intricate guitar interplay, subtle synth, and cosmic atmospherics with catchy clean vocal hooks. The band has previously released a self-titled EP and a debut full-length album, and has performed with a variety of heavy rock and modern metal acts.
