This 5th album "The Dawning of the Son" was released on May 27, 2022 by Boersma - Records (Germany)!
 
Desert Near the End used the two year break caused by the pandemic as an opportunity to be more creative. This album is the successor of their previous effort, "of Fire and Stars"!... And it is a Great Album!
 
This time they managed to balance the aggression with melody reaching to an outcome that feels more "Desert Near the End" than ever before.
