Sign of Death was founded in February 2019 in Germany by Oskar (guitar), Jannis (guitar) and Georg (vocals). The line-up of the band changed several times over the course of the next year, until April 2020, when Oskar and Jannis were the only remaining members of the band.
At the beginning of 2021, drummer Puggy joined the band and they recorded their first single, "Lost".
In October 2021 they were in the studio for the recording of their first EP "Revival" which was released on 20th February 2022. Shortly after the release, Bart joined the band as new bassist.
Until the end of 2022, when Puggy left the band, the band played several shows with this line-up. At the moment the band is working on a new album and looking for a new drummer.
