Vocalist and guitarist Jackson Colt reveals that "Strangers" is a tale about "Twin Flames" - two souls who are meant to be together, yet are unaware of each other's existence. The song tells the story of a Fallen Angel, representing the lady, who has lost her way after being hurt by her previous lovers, and a Ghost, representing the gentleman, who has become a lonely spectre due to the trauma caused by his past relationships. The two finally meet in the night, guided by their inner light that leads them to each other.

The music is a blend of a powerful rhythmic verse and a melodic pre-chorus and chorus. Producer Dale Schnettler (Prime Circle) and Jackson Colt aimed to create a sound with massive 80s harmonies and melodic undertones to emphasize the Stadium Rock vibe of the song. The 80s-inspired rock sound complements Jackson Colt's musical style.

Jackson Colt is a modern artist that brings back the spirit of 80s Rock with his catchy chorus hooks, melodic riffs and shredding solos. He started playing the guitar at the age of 9 and was heavily influenced by bands such as Deep Purple, AC/DC, Def Leppard, and Guns n' Roses. Jackson has a passion for Metal music as well, with players such as Alexi Laiho and Jeff Loomis being big inspirations to his playing. His live shows are high energy, reminiscent of the 80s Arena Rock bands, with each band member bringing their own personality to the stage. After gigging relentlessly and sharing the stage with several big names in South African Rock, Jackson Colt is currently recording his debut album with Dale Schnettler of Prime Circle. Jackson has achieved great success in Mix FM SA Top 40, with his song "Echoes" reaching number one for two consecutive weeks. He is currently working on a full-length debut album that combines Classic Rock with some modern influences and is set to release in 2023.
