Raze, an alternative metal band from the UK, has released their first single in five years, "Better Off Alone." The track showcases the band's groove metal influences in its four-minute duration. Guitarist Dan Eveleigh recalled writing the song within the first few weeks of joining Raze, and the band shaped it into the first song written for their upcoming debut album "Pyrography." The album was recorded over a two-year period by the band's vocalist Louis Dunham at his own Black Seraph Studios with meticulous attention paid to every aspect of the production, making it their best recording to date according to the band.
