Before the dawn of the new millennium, on the wild South Coast of New South Wales, Australia, a mighty 'heavy rock' band emerged, led by the astonishingly powerful voice of Genevieve Rodda and the guitar prowess of the versatile Anthony 'Fox' Roberts. They were known as 'Labyrinth,' leaving a trail of demos and the independently released E.P. "Escape Reality" in their wake. But destiny had grander plans for them!
In 2003, fate beckoned 'Temtris' into the studio for an E.P., but fate had other ideas. What was supposed to be a humble project bloomed into a full-blown album, "THRESHOLD." Limited to a mere 100 copies, it was a rare treasure available exclusively at their shows.
Then, the metal gods smiled upon them, and they joined forces with BATTLEGOD PRODUCTIONS, an Independent Australian Heavy Metal label. The result? The dark and captivating masterpiece, "MASQUERADE," unleashed upon the world in 2008. Temtris was ascending, and there was no turning back!
In 2014, the earth shook with the release of "SHALLOW GRAVE," a relentless assault of metal mastery. Tracks like "Slave to the System" and "Shallow Grave" stormed metal radio stations worldwide, and their energetic performances earned them praise and adoration from over 1,000 metalheads supporting German legends 'Accept.'
The relentless journey continued with the epic "ENTER THE ASYLUM" in 2016. Each track embodied a room and its inhabitant in an asylum, captivating fans and metal aficionados alike. Mind Games, Empty Room, Phoenix, and Enter the Asylum ignited the metal community with their intensity.
Unyielding in their quest, 2018 brought the unstoppable "RAPTURE." The title track alone crowned them 'Australian Metal Album of the Year' by Global Metal Apocalypse. Touring relentlessly, they shared stages with metal giants like Ensiferum, Girlschool, Metal Church, and more.
In 2020, while the world faced turmoil, Temtris conquered New Zealand's SMASHFEST and supported Geoff Tate during his Operation: Mindcrime tour. Their single "Forever" attracted international interest, leading them to sign with Italy's record label Wormholedeath.
As the pandemic took hold, the resilient Temtris unleashed "RITUAL WARFARE" on April 30, 2021. Forever's powerful music video, created by award-winning videographer Adam Jordan, dominated the airwaves. Despite lockdown challenges, their live shows and livestreamed events united fans across Australia.
Their 7th opus, the daring "KHAOS DIVINE" is a full-blown concept album set in a dystopian future, bursting with characters and a captivating storyline.
Their latest masterpiece, "KHAOS DIVINE," struck the world on March 17, 2023, reaffirming their indomitable spirit and unyielding commitment to heavy metal excellence.
