More Infos:
Collaborations have an alchemical power, don't you think? Furies had a dream list of artists they'd love to work with, and right at the top of that list was the incredible Brittney Slayes from Unleash The Archers.
In the early days of 2023, while Furies were on the hunt for new permanent band members, they decided to dream big. Enter Brittney Slayes, known for her powerful and epic vocals, making her the undisputed queen of Power Metal frontwomen.

The story began back in 2020 when Furies dropped their debut album "Fortune’s Gate." It's interesting how they came across Unleash The Archers; perhaps it was the name similarity or the playlists that linked them. In any case, Furies' imagination started to run wild with the idea that Brittney's incredible voice, renowned in the Power Metal realm, might one day grace their tracks.

They took the leap of faith, reached out to Brittney, and guess what? She said yes! And with that, they proved that even after a global pandemic and a significant lineup change, the infinite possibilities in the world of metal remain wide open.

"Poisoned" was born in 2021, during a time when the world was still in lockdown. The track ventures into darker shades and its direct, ferocious riffs reflect the moments spent pushing the boundaries of a single genre. "Poisoned" has hints of a more progressive metal flavor, and Furies hopes it resonates with you as much as they're proud of it.

This release comes after their return in June with "Rise and Shine" featuring Alessia Scolletti, marking their comeback after more than two years of silence.

If you've read this far, Furies wants to say thank you for sticking with them through thick and thin. Your support means the world to the band.

Just so you know, "Poisoned (feat. Brittney Slayes)" was recorded a few months before Cheyenne Janas, Lucie Sue, and Fred Bend joined the band's lineup. Catch the full Furies ensemble in concert on October 28th at Rock'n Eat in Lyon, where they'll be opening for Animalize.
