Michigan's own doom and stoner metal titans, Grave Next Door, have just unleashed their latest single, “Judgement”—and trust me, it’s a banger you won’t want to miss! This powerhouse track is now streaming, cranking up the excitement for their much-anticipated second album, Sorry No Candy, hitting our ears soon.

For all you headbangers out there, get ready—there's a tidal wave of content coming your way every week leading up to the album drop. So, circle that calendar for October 16, 2024! That's when you can snag Sorry No Candy on pre-sale, and it’s exclusively available via BDR Bandcamp. Don’t sleep on it!

Now, let’s talk about Grave Next Door’s sound. If you dig the heavy, gut-punching grooves reminiscent of legends like Cream, Weedeater, and Melvins, you’re in for a treat. Formed back in 2018 by brothers Patrick and Anthony Salerno, this duo blends their life experiences into their music. I mean, come on—Patrick has been a bounty hunter and deep-sea diver! Anthony, on the other hand, serves up bone-chilling guitar riffs and vocals that’ll haunt your dreams. Together? They create tracks that plumb the depths of dark themes like mortality, addiction, and the chaos of war. Whoa, right?

Their 2019 track “As Heavy as Texas” was a breath of fresh air, earning them a solid online following. The song was later remastered and re-released by Black Doomba Records in 2023, showing the world they meant business. The boys have been making waves in the underground doom scene, playing at kick-ass festivals like Maryland Doom Fest, Tennessee Metal Devastation Festival, and Kraken Doom Fest.

Now, let’s not forget their debut album, Sanctified Heathen, which dropped in March 2022 and really showcased what they’re capable of. But wait—Sorry No Candy is poised to blow that out of the water! Recorded at Black Doomba Studio in Atlanta and produced by the one and only Tommy Stewart (who’s got ties to Hallows Eve and runs Black Doomba Records), this album is set to solidify Grave Next Door’s place in the pantheon of doom and stoner metal.
