Wow! After signing with Rude Awakening Records, Salem UK is finally ready to spill the beans on their upcoming album, "Outer Limits." Think Hull Fair, folks. Yeah, that Hull Fair! Europe's biggest travelling fair, running since 1279! Seriously, it's massive. Imagine a whirlwind of lights, dizzying rides, and enough sugary treats to induce a coma. That's the vibe.
Each track? A carnivalesque journey. Many are named after rides – it's a total concept album, man! Who'd have thought? Even Adrian was surprised!

Simon Saxby (Vocals): "Best. Recording. Sessions. EVER! Seriously, so relaxed. Adrian's cooking was the biggest highlight—his curries? Legendary! I'd walk to Hull for one, honestly!!! Getting back in the studio was amazing; can't wait for round two!!"
Adrian Jenkinson (Bass/Production): "Never thought I'd be part of a 'concept' album! It was a riot – Simon and I had fits of giggles, which, I hope, shines through in the music. Jonny and Dan were absolute legends; they made everything so easy. We were free to unleash our creativity. Enjoy the album, everyone!"
Jonny Hirons (Guitar): "One of the most relaxed and experimental sessions ever. We experimented with everything: sounds, amps, pedals, guitars – I used like, six guitars! Active pickups, passive pickups, solid state amps, valve amps…the works! The creative process was awesome. Ady and I built on existing ideas instead of just rehashing demos. It was a blast, looking forward to the next one!"
Dan Ellis (Drums): "The sessions were fantastic! We all brought our unique perspectives, sometimes steering songs in unexpected directions. No idea was a 'bad' idea—just different. It’s my first album with Salem UK, and it couldn't have gone smoother."
The Album Itself:
This is Salem UK's second release under this name. They've got roots way back in the golden age of NWOBHM (the 80s, baby!), but their debut album with Adrian and Simon dropped in 2019. This one's going to be something else entirely.
