After a few solid years on the scene and the release of their two-track EP “Come-back / Exile” in 2020, CORROZION decided it was time for a shake-up. Early 2021 saw them revamping their lineup with a new drummer and a vocalist who doubles as the mastermind behind the samples and keys. This fresh direction fueled a year of revisiting their original songs and gearing up for live performances that promise to be electric.
CORROZION totally immerses you in their dark, energetic universe, thanks to a killer bass and drums combo that packs a punch while keeping things melodic. Their saturated guitar sound, influenced by heavy hitters like Entombed and Neurosis, adds that massive, brooding element to their tracks, bolstered by perfectly placed samples and synths. And let’s not overlook the powerhouse vocals of Nicolas Bouineau—he adds that extra kick to really sharpen the band's distinct style.
In June 2023, they unleashed “Dark Lights,” a four-track EP that delves deep into the murky depths of your soul. Brace yourself—it's a journey into the shadows!
