Biography:
Formed in 2015, this trio brings it all: loud guitars, raw vocals, and drums that make your heart race. Frontwoman Phoenix Christa is no shrinking violet: her voice is fragile on the surface but powerful when she leans in. Pair her with Roland King’s heavy riffs and Linda King’s driving beats, and you’ve got a band that doesn’t just play music, they create energy.

They’ve worked with Brian Lanese , a 9-time Emmy winner and LA-based producer.

And yeah, they’ve been noticed. Finalists at the Jim Beam National Talent Search 2020 , showcased at Canadian Music Week 2021 , and active participants in Rock for Dimes and Doylefest, this isn’t just another garage band. These are real musicians with real passion.

Critics have called them everything from “Anne Wilson meets Joan Jett” to “Lene Lovich vs. The Stranglers”. So if you dig Siouxsie , Black Sabbath , or even a bit of The Stiff Little Fingers , give these Saskatoon rockers a listen.

Their track “Follow You” ? It’s punk, it’s wild, and it feels like it was written after one too many shots and a broken heart. That kind of vibe? We love it.

So whether you're looking for a show in a club, a Spotify playlist, or just something different, Phoenix and the SilverVoodoos are here to shake things up and we mean that literally.

I’ll say this: Phoenix has soul. And soul usually means trouble. In a good way.
