Trylion just dropped a live version of "Point of View", one of their oldest tracks and, y'know, it kinda hits harder than it did years ago. Weird how that works. Recorded at the Swarzędz Cultural Center, the whole thing feels less like a re-run and more like… a reboot with teeth. The riffs are tighter, the tension's sharper, and the contrast between the heavy stuff and those airy ambient passages? Damn. That's basically why these guys have been crushing it since 2013.

TRYLION vient de balancer une version live de « Point of View », un de leurs morceaux les plus anciens… et putain, ça frappe encore plus fort qu’avant ! Enregistré au Centre Culturel de Swarzędz, ce n’est pas une simple reprise : c’est un reboot armé de crocs. Les riffs sont plus serrés, la tension plus tranchante, et ce contraste entre la brutalité pure et ces passages aériens ? Sacré bordel. Voilà pourquoi ces Polonais démontent la scène depuis 2013.

If Meshuggah, Gojira or Tesseract do anything for you, you're gonna feel right at home here. Not the "oh-cool-background-music" kind of home, but the "why-is-my-chest-vibrating-like-this" kind. Djent with an actual pulse, not everyone manages that.

Si Meshuggah, Gojira ou Tesseract te font vibrer, prépare-toi : ici, t’es pas dans un salon chill, t’es dans la gueule du loup. Ton torse tremble, ton crâne cogne, et ton âme groove dans du djent qui respire, qui vit, qui SAIGNE. Pas tout le monde a les burnes pour ça.

 

The track itself digs into manipulation and toxic relationships. Bartosz Stachowiak explained it ages ago, but hearing it live like this, it hits a bit rawer. There's no polished studio armor here, just Trylion doing their thing like there's no safety net… which, honestly, might be the whole charm. And considering they've already teased new material ("Wandering Soul", "Shattered Recall"), plus their sets at Prog Power Europe and Synaptic Festival, the band's clearly on some kind of upward spiral. A good one.

Ce morceau plonge dans les méandres de la manipulation et des relations toxiques. Bartosz Stachowiak l’avait déjà expliqué, mais en live, c’est encore plus cru, plus à vif. Plus d’armure studio, juste Trylion à nu, sans filet… et c’est EXACTEMENT ce qui fout la chair de poule. Et avec leurs nouveaux titres ("Wandering Soul", "Shattered Recall") et leurs passages à Prog Power Europe ou au Synaptic Festival, ces gars sont clairement en train de forger une putain de légende.

There's a moment around the halfway mark where I thought my headphones glitched, but nope, that's just Trylion punching holes in the mix like they own the place, heh.

À mi-parcours, j’ai cru que mes écouteurs buguaient… mais non, c’était juste Trylion en train de défoncer l’univers sonore comme s’ils en étaient les dieux.

So yeah, crank it. Loud. Louder than that. If you ever wondered what happens when surgical precision meets a band that still gives a damn, well… this is probably it.

Alors ouais, monte le son. Plus fort. Encore plus fort. Si t’as jamais compris ce que « précision chirurgicale » et « rage sincère » donnaient ensemble… ben, c’est ici que ça se passe.
