Formed in 2022 by Kostas Sal (ex-Sorrows Path), this trio has chosen to work in the shadows. After their debut, Doom Rules Eternally (2024), proved that you don't need the industry machinery to find an audience, they went back to Fragile Studio to lock themselves away again.

Formé en 2022 par Kostas Sal (ex-Sorrows Path), ce trio a choisi de travailler dans l'ombre. Après que leurs débuts, Doom Rules Eternally (2024), ont prouvé qu'on n'a pas besoin de la machinerie de l'industrie pour trouver un public, ils sont retournés au Fragile Studio pour s'y enfermer à nouveau.

On February 27, 2026, they return with Doom Zone. It's a continuation of their path: raw, heavy, and deliberately isolated. They've kept the core team intact: Vangelis Yal handling the production and Tomas Arfert refining the visuals. There's no need to fix what isn't broken.

The only "outsider" allowed into their world this time is the legendary Jack Starr, who drops in for a solo on the opener, "3000 A.D." It's not a marketing stunt; it's just a damn good fit.

Distorted Reflection isn't trying to "engage" you or chase trends. They're just putting out music for people who still care about the riff. If you want hype, look elsewhere. If you want Doom, this is it. Distorted Reflection n'essaie pas de vous « engager » ni de courir après les tendances. Ils sortent juste de la musique pour ceux qui se soucient encore du riff. Si vous voulez du hype, allez voir ailleurs. Si vous voulez du Doom, c'est ça.
