Gruntruck had a unique, gritty ability to fuse heavy metal with the sludge of 90s grunge, and the Inside Machine compilation captures that better than any standard tribute ever could.

The label Bitume didn't just ask for cookie-cutter covers. They threw 18 underground bands into the fire and told them to make it their own. The result is a total mess in the best way possible. It's a project where every band brings their own distinct "flavor" to the original material, creating a weird, beautiful, and noisy map of the modern underground scene.
