ITALIAN THRASH WITH BAY AREA DNA AND VOIVOD‑ESQUE TWITCH

I was just digging through some older clips and stumbled back onto URAL's video for "Blood Red Sand." It's hard to believe Psychoverse dropped back in late 2023! Time flies when you're getting your head kicked in by riffs this good. If you missed that record when Xtreem Music put it out, you really need to go back and fix that mistake.
Je fouillais dans de vieux clips et je suis retombé sur la vidéo d'URAL pour « Blood Red Sand ». Difficile à croire, mais Psychoverse est sorti fin 2023 ! Le temps file quand on se fait défoncer la tête par des riffs aussi bons. Si vous avez loupé cet album chez Xtreem Music, il faut absolument revenir en arrière et réparer cette erreur.
These Italians have that specific Bay Area thrash DNA, but they mix it with this twitchy, Voivod-esque guitar work that makes them stand out from the "pizza thrash" crowd. Watching "Blood Red Sand" again, I remembered why I loved this track: It's got that crossover energy that just makes you want to start a circle pit in your kitchen. The production from "BrutalDave" Billia at Mk2 Recording Studio still sounds massive; it's raw enough to feel dangerous but clean enough to hear every jagged note.
Ces Italiens ont l'ADN du thrash de la baie de San Francisco, mais ils le mélangent à ce travail de guitare nerveux, à la Voivod, qui les distingue de la masse du « pizza thrash ». En revoyant « Blood Red Sand », je me suis rappelé pourquoi j'aimais ce morceau : cette énergie crossover qui donne envie de lancer un circle pit dans la cuisine. La production de « BrutalDave » Billia au Mk2 Recording Studio est toujours massive : assez brute pour être dangereuse, mais assez propre pour entendre chaque note acérée.

But the real reason I'm bringing this up isn't just for the nostalgia. URAL is finally coming back with a brand-new assault. Mark your calendars for April 26, 2026, because their next full-length, Anthropic Genetic Involution, is about to land. If it's even half as unhinged as Psychoverse, we're in for a serious beating.

S'il est ne serait‑ce qu'à moitié aussi déjanté que Psychoverse, on va prendre une sacrée raclée.
