It started as a long-distance experiment in 2022, but W't'M has quickly turned into a massive modern metal machine. This Italian-Danish collaboration just dropped a brand-new single, and if you've been following their rise since last year's Witness the Madness album, you know they don't do things by halves.

The band is a bit of a "dream team" situation. You've got the Italian powerhouse Marica Moire on vocals, trading off with Michael Bastholm Dahl (yeah, the former Artillery frontman). The chemistry between them is what makes this work: it's that sweet spot where melodic intensity meets straight-up rock energy. Think of the grit of Halestorm mixed with the symphonic scale of Within Temptation, but with a classic backbone that reminds you of Deep Purple.
Le groupe est un peu un « rêve d’équipe ». Il y a la puissance italienne Marica Moire au chant, qui alterne avec Michael Bastholm Dahl (oui, l’ancien chanteur d’Artillery). La chimie entre eux est ce qui fait fonctionner le projet : c’est ce point idéal où l’intensité mélodique rencontre l’énergie rock pure. Bassist and founder Ole Quist has been the driving force behind the scenes, pushing the band from online files to major stages like Copenhell and Nordic Noise. Their new track, recorded at Hop House Studio, feels like the natural next step: it's polished but still has enough bite to remind you it's metal.

They've been tearing it up across Europe and Poland lately, and this single is basically a victory lap for their growth over the last two years. It's big, it's emotional, and it's meant to be played loud.

I've always been a sucker for dual-vocal dynamics, and the way Marica and Michael play off each other on this new one is stellar. It's got that "arena" feel to it: you can almost see the festival lights hitting the stage when the chorus kicks in. Definitely one for your workout or driving playlist. \m/
