Upcoming Release:

Daniele Brusaschetto Joins Forces with Wormholedeath Records for New Album "Bruise A Shadow"

We've got some electrifying news for you metalheads and sonic thrill-seekers! The Italian underground scene is about to get a jolt of pure, unadulterated sonic mayhem, as the one and only Daniele Brusaschetto teams up with Wormholedeath Records to unleash his latest sonic beast upon the world. Hold onto your battle vests, because "Bruise A Shadow" is set to detonate on October 20th, 2023, and it's going to hit harder than a double-kick drum at a Slayer gig!

For over three decades, Daniele Brusaschetto has been the torchbearer of the obscure music scene in Torino, nestled in the misty Northwest of Italy. This musical sorcerer has been brewing his own blend of audial alchemy, and we're about to get a taste of it like never before. "Bruise A Shadow" not only pushes the boundaries of extreme music but also thrusts us headfirst into the incandescent lineage of metal giants like Voivod, Godflesh, and the early behemoths of Mastodon.

The tracks on this masterpiece have been simmering and stewing for the past five years, marinating in existentialism, melancholy, daily apocalypse, non-sense, delirium, and irony. It's like a granite slab enriched by the mist of new/no wave, where the echoes of sudden melodies emerge, a sonic factory of emotions hidden beyond the wall of guitars.

Daniele Brusaschetto's journey has been nothing short of a sonic odyssey. From industrial and noise rock to introspective songwriting and metal mayhem, he's done it all. He's a musical chameleon, constantly shedding his old sonic skin and emerging as something new, something untamed.

Remember those electrifying live performances in the '90s and 2000s? Brusaschetto was there, whipping crowds into a frenzy all across Europe and the United States. But he didn't stop there. In the 2000s and 2010s, he dived headfirst into electronic experimentation, proving that he could evolve faster than a mutant in a radiation storm.

But the lure of the six-string was too strong. In 2016, he returned to his first love - the guitar and the raw power of rock music. "Flying Stag," released in 2019, was like a roaring beast awakened from slumber. And now, with "Bruise A Shadow," he's cemented his place in the pantheon of metal legends, channeling the spirits of Mastodon, Voivod, and the emotional post-punk movement.

Brusaschetto's musical journey has been anything but a solo act. He's been joined by a league of extraordinary artists from the Italian "alternative" scene, including Marco Rinaldi, Francesco Lurgo, Marco Milanesio, Bruno Dorella, Marco "Il Bue" Schiavo, and Mirco Rizzi. Together, they've created a sonic maelstrom that's about to engulf us all.
