Hold onto your hats, folks! NUKEM is a colossal thrash metal band straight outta San Diego, California, bringing that raw, old-school thrash goodness that fans crave. They kicked off this wild ride in 2012 and fired the starting gun with their debut album "The Unholy Trinity" back in 2016. This bad boy was mixed and mastered by none other than the legendary Ulrich Wild, a dude who's worked with heavyweights like Pantera and White Zombie.
The album features some killer guest solos from thrash icons like Craig Locicero (Forbidden/Dress The Dead) and Jimmy Durkin (Dark Angel). Not to mention, the super shredder Reece Scruggs (Havok) jumps in to show off his magic. I mean, come on — if you’re a true metalhead, how could you not dig that?
After crushing their US tour with Suffocation and Death To All, NUKEM is back in the studio—yes, you heard it right! They’re teaming up with Ulrich Wild again to cook up their second offering. Hold onto your seats because this new album will pack ten tracks of nothing but molten, headbanging metal! Expect a of relentless Bay Area thrash vibes mixed with some mid-tempo power grooves.
