Their fifth album was released May 30th, 2025 via HFM Recordings, and from the first note, it’s clear: this isn’t nostalgia. This is evolution. Think Alice In Chains’ melancholy, Temple Of The Dog’s ache, and a touch of Tool’s structural tension but all filtered through a pulsing, modern post-punk heartbeat.
16 tracks, one question running through them like a live wire: What if you could die… and still start again? Themes of redemption, identity, and the quiet war between flesh and circuit ripple through every song. At the center: the Metal Rebel, a machine trying to become human, not by shedding metal, but by grafting a heart into its chassis. Damsink’s striking black-and-white artwork for the album captures him perfectly: not just a symbol, but a question.
The sound is both raw and melodic. Classic rock textures collide with jagged rhythms, intricate lyrics, and arrangements that feel feverishly alive. No clichés about “chaos” or “apocalypse.” Just honesty in tone, in timing, in every pulse. And yes, it’ll kill your cardio. But also feed your soul.
One line sticks with you: “Nothing is eternal, which is why we’re free.” Not a warning. A gift. Because even machines can learn to feel. Even us. Especially us.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re running on code, listen up. You’re not alone. You’re becoming.
