Founded in 2020 by guitarist Marco Marouco (Els Focs Negres, Omission) and drummer JP Ventura (Dawnrider, The Limit), On The Loose have always worn their doom heart on their sleeve, but never quite like this.
Enter Rick Thor (Filii Nigrantium Infernalium, Ravensire, Ironsword), whose voice, equal parts gravel and grandeur, anchors Path to Serenity with the weight of a Candlemass hymn. And then there's Toni Cagaita, the punk-bred bassist injecting a shot of raw energy into the band's slow-burning riffs.
