Portugal. Azzaya n'est pas qu'un groupe : c'est un collectif acharné à propager la propagande black/death metal la plus vile. Après leur deuxième album « I Begin » et un assaut incessant des scènes portugaises, ils reviennent avec « Infernal Blasphemia », un EP de sept titres qui marque une nouvelle évolution dans leur son. Plus agressif. Plus vaste. Sans compromis. Imaginez la brutalité de Marduk, le mysticisme de Gorgoroth et la fureur blasphématoire de Belphegor, mais avec la signature tordue d'Azzaya.
Each of the seven tracks features a guest vocalist (Matt Priso, Alexandre Clément, Hugo Santos, Nelson Rodrigues, Nuno Romero), turning the EP into a ritual of united voices. Every track has its own identity. You can actually feel the shift when a new voice steps in: the atmosphere tilts, but the core venom stays the same. The title track hits like a sledgehammer wrapped in barbed wire, while "Of Blood, Gold and Eternal Darkness" slithers with a hypnotic, ritualistic malice. Chacun des sept titres accueille un chanteur invité (Matt Priso, Alexandre Clément, Hugo Santos...), transformant cet EP en un rituel de voix unies. Chaque morceau possède sa propre identité. On sent réellement le basculement quand une nouvelle voix intervient : l'atmosphère s'incline, mais le venin central reste le même. Le titre éponyme frappe comme une masse entourée de barbelés, tandis que « Of Blood, Gold and Eternal Darkness » rampe avec une malice hypnotique et rituelle.
