HALIFAX HARD ROCK UNIT RELEASES EXPLOSIVE LIVE CUT FROM ROADKILL EP
Halifax's hard rock outfit Dali Van Gogh are currently rolling out a six‑track live EP called Roadkill, documenting three years of heavy touring across Central and Eastern Canada. Instead of dumping the whole live record at once, the band is utilizing a steady waterfall release schedule, dropping a new live cut every three weeks all the way through to September. The latest piece of the puzzle is "Bury The Lead," captured live at the Scotiabank Centre in Halifax and released on July 3rd.
Le groupe de hard rock de Halifax, Dali Van Gogh, déploie actuellement un EP live de six titres intitulé Roadkill, retraçant trois années de tournées intenses dans le centre et l'est du Canada. Au lieu de publier l'intégralité du live d'un coup, le groupe utilise un calendrier de sorties progressives, dévoilant un nouveau morceau live toutes les trois semaines jusqu'en septembre. Le dernier élément est « Bury The Lead », capturé en live au Scotiabank Centre de Halifax et sorti le 3 juillet.
It follows the previous live singles "Wicked Way" (recorded in Kingston) and "Boneyard" (recorded in Moncton). The band is using this live collection as a definitive bookend to the era defined by their breakout EP New Blood, Old Wounds, a release cycle that earned them Loud Recording of the Year at the 2023 East Coast Music Awards, alongside a fresh 2026 nomination for the studio version of "Wicked Way."
