Hailing from Kerken, Germany, extreme metal duo Aegror, comprising founding vocalist Narthaas and guitarist Abyssus, has been developing its own sound since 2009. Following their third studio album, Reign of Disease (initially self‑released in 2025 and later picked up by WormHoleDeath Records), the band has released an official lyric video for the track “Rapist of Minds.”

Set within the band's ongoing "Plaguebreeder Universe," Reign of Disease is a conceptual record detailing how an interdimensional entity spreads psychological decay and fear by corrupting seven key figures in human society. Musically, Aegror blends atmospheric and progressive black metal, combining relentless blast beats and sharp guitar work with slower, heavier passages.

Serving as the fourth track on the album, “Rapist of Minds” tells the story from the perspective of a ruthless torturer and manipulator who strips his victims of free will to build an obedient army. As his obsession with absolute control grows, the torturer eventually becomes consumed by his own madness. Musically, the track moves between fast‑paced aggression and oppressive atmospheric passages.
