Moonshine Oversight is an alternative rock/progressive metal band from Toulon that combines the energy of rock, the power of metal, and the delicacy of folk to create powerful, introspective, and personal music. They released their demo EP in mid-2016, which included a preliminary version of four songs from their upcoming debut album, "Vanishing Lines". The album was well-received and led to a French tour in 2018. In 2019, they were discovered by independent metal label Worm Hole Death, and began composing their second album. Despite losing their drummer Julien Sorel in early 2020, they quickly found a replacement in François Mayer. Their second album, "The Frame", was recorded in Italy and produced by Jonathan Mazzeo.
